The Scientific Society of Namibia calls on researchers to provide articles for their journal. The journal is interdisciplinary and publishes research in all areas related to Namibia.
The journal has been published since 1925 and is the oldest academic journal in Namibia and is distributed to libraries in various countries.
The Company said the submission deadline has been extended to July 15 and all contributions must be based on original research and are subject to peer review.
“Articles of 2000 words or less may be considered for publication as a short note, in which case no separate introduction, methods, results and discussions are necessary and short notes should contain references, but thanks can be given ”, have they explained.
In addition, articles of a popular or anecdotal nature will be considered unapproved contributions, but they will still be subject to review and submission in English, German and Afrikaans is welcome.

The journal is currently in its volume 67 and articles have been published in research areas such as architecture, climate, weather, conservation, desert, wildlife, fauna, geography, heritage management , history, tourism and vegetation.
