The original story (published November 11, 2022) follows:
The aftermath of Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter has proven to be quite tumultuous.
This could spell disaster for Elon Musk as the stakes soar. For those who don’t know, Twitter is no longer a publicly traded company and is not listed on the stock exchange like the NYSE or the likes of Robinhood.
A combination of all of these factors points to what could be tougher times ahead for Twitter in terms of revenue generation. But could this lead to insolvency?
Is Twitter Dying?
That said, a number of high level members of the company have already resigned, thus shaking people’s confidence.
a few months ago i was thinking of making a new tumblr and i was unsure but now with the death of twitter i feel like i have to
Twitter is dying, but heroes who pay $8 to be verified as a fake business/brand will succeed.
It should be noted that the company is even in the process of liquidating offices and stopping almost all of its operations in India. Considering that the Indian audience makes up a significant portion of Twitter’s daily active users, that’s a bit of a concern.
Worse still, a leaked email from Elon Musk claims that Twitter needs to generate at least 50% of Blue’s subscription revenue in order to survive.
Despite all this negativity and controversy, Twitter remains managed to reach its record number of active users.
There’s a chance that this was all meticulously planned by Elon Musk, and it’s all going exactly as he planned.
After all, he is a great businessman and the richest man in the world. I believe it is too early to draw conclusions and we need to have some confidence in the leadership.

Update 1 (November 14, 2022)
5:51 p.m. (IST): After confirming that Twitter is experiencing a higher number of active users, Elon Musk recently apologized for the microblogging site being “super slow” in several countries.
He also has declared that the reason for the suspension of its $8 Twitter Blue program is the rise of fake accounts with blue verification badges.
Some even think that the microblogging site has never been better and that all the negative comments and swearing help Twitter to increase its advertising revenue even more.
I hope they keep cursing me on Twitter because it increases ad revenue!
