By Rick Archer (March 29, 2022, 8:55 p.m. EDT) — A Virginia bankruptcy judge on Tuesday denied requests by attorney Gary LeClair and other former LeClairRyan members to be removed from the firm’s shareholder list of bankruptcy attorneys, concluding that they retained their shares and the tax liabilities that came with them.
