This litigation concerns the 2020 national air toxics standards for Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing plants (MON chemical plants). Rise St. James and co-petitioners have petitioned for reconsideration and judicial review to strengthen these standards to protect public health and the environment from proposed and existing MON chemical plants' pollution, and have intervened to oppose the industry's challenge to these rules to prevent weakening them.
